Second tunnel makes both stop

I started a Minecraft server and was able to make is accessible to my kid’s friends using playit, but my daughter also wants a survival mode server. The tunnels work perfect for one server at a time, unfortunately as soon as I start the second tunnel they both stop working.

If I turn both tunnels off and then turn one on again I can play on whichever server is tied to the enabled tunnel.

I’m just going to spitball some ideas here as I’ve never ran into this.

By stop working, do you mean they shutdown or just wont send data?
How are you running playit on your device, docker, ect?
Are the different servers on different ports?
Does the location you’re running your server firewall rules allow for the incoming ports? Like if you’re running it in docker, do you have all the ports you need listed in docker.
If the both servers are running on the same computer, have you tried moving one to another computer just for the sake of testing?
If they are running on the different computers, thoughts on moving them to a single computer and running something like Crafty?

Those are just some of my thoughts, I’ve not ran into this for my own stuff so I can’t be more help.

Thank you for the reply!

I have the playit agent running on a windows PC with the Minecraft servers running off a different machine running truenas. I have attempted having both servers run on the same truenas machine (a completely different computer than where the agent is) as well as one on the original NAS and the other on a truenas VM on the Windows machine.

Whichever game server and tunnel I start first works until I activate the second tunnel on playit. As soon as the second tunnel activates both game servers become inaccessible. I made sure both game servers have different ports assigned to them and the correct ports are used for the playit tunnel.

Wow, you have stumped me, so I’m sure it’s going to be something really easy!!

Have you tried running 2 agents rather than 2 tunnels? If for nothing else to trouble shoot.

Also have you tried putting the agent on the machine running the servers? I’m wondering if its some level of firewall rules with windows or something.
