Ran out of available ports in the selected region

I am setting up playit.gg for the first time and it just says that there are no available ports (Ran out of available ports in the selected region). I am happy to upgrade to premium if this will resolve the issue, or do I just need to be patient? Or did I do something wrong?

I have the same issue, when trying to create a tunnel (in free tier) for Project Zomboid. From my testing this error also appears for other games.

Ran out of available ports in the selected region.

As far as I understood Project Zomboid should be available in the free plan. My local docker agent can succesfully connect to playit.gg.

same here, for minecraft. unsure if upgrading to premium will even fix it

I’m having the same problem here too, trying to re-create a tunnel for my Minecraft java server on TrueNAS scale. (since I reset some things on my TrueNAS scale server) Must be an issue on their end since there are multiple people with issues in the past few hours.
