Playit.gg Tunnel Connection Issue

Hello,

I’m writing to report an issue with my Playit.gg tunnel that has prevented my Minecraft server from starting up correctly.

Issue Description: My server uses a Playit.gg tunnel that was previously working and linked to my static IP address. After a server restart, the tunnel seems to have disconnected. Now, it fails to reconnect, showing the following error in the console:

[gg.playit.minecraft.PlayitKeysSetup] trying to exchange claim code for secret [15:49:07 INFO]: [gg.playit.minecraft.PlayitKeysSetup] failed to exchange, to claim visit: https://playit.gg/mc

Goal: I do not want to create a new tunnel or get a new IP address. My existing tunnel and IP are already linked to my account. It appears the server is unable to generate the necessary secret from the existing claim code, which is preventing the connection.

Could you please assist me in restoring this connection without creating a new tunnel?

We have updated the playit plugin, give that a try. Make Your Game Server Public - playit.gg Once the new agent is setup you can transfer your existing tunnel to the new agent.
