Playit.gg can't manage to make simple voice chat work on self hosted server

got both the tunnel set, got the host on the voice chat conf and the client still cannot connect

i have followed both the online guide and this yt video this but i still cannot manage to make this work i’m using all the mods 10

can you send a screenshot of the tunnels origon configuration screen. that would help a lot with figuring out the problem with it
