I run the latest version of playit on my Windows 10 PC. It works marvelously for a few hours, then disconnects. I have no errors on the playit window and the only sign it isn’t working is that the Agents page tell me it’s offline and I can’t connect to any tunnel. Restarting it usually fixes it, but it is frustrating to constantly do that.
happened to me too after about 2 hours
Hello as for this issue i will recommend a few possible steps which that this could fix this.
If you are running playit.gg on windows 10, as playit uses CLI or CMD
Possible Fix #1
- Right click on the menubar of the playit.gg software
- click properties
- Then turn off the quickedit mode
the context of this issue is that quickedit mode may probably make the terminal freeze to where in playit.gg is currently being run to. as this will eliminate the freezing but at the cost difficulty in copying and paste of out the cmd.
Possible fix #2
- go to your date and time
- make sure your date and time are correct and matches at to where you are.
- Click the Sync Now to synchronize time at time.windows.com
the context of this fix is that sometimes bedrock loses authentications and closes down its connection because of an incorrect or misconfigured date and time, by that way bedrock strictly needs to have a local date and time matched to the server date and time.
