My Premium custom domain (play.cassssper.com) fails instantly on every connection attempt with SocketException: Connection reset, and produces zero entries in my Minecraft server log — meaning it’s not reaching my server at all. The exact same server, using the default Playit-generated address (schmidt-company.tun.ply.gg), connects successfully 100% of the time, including full gameplay. DNS is confirmed correct (verified via Cloudflare’s dashboard and public DNS lookups). This appears to be an issue with custom-domain routing specifically on Playit’s end.
