Minecraft getsockopt error with shareable ip

When I open a minecraft server with server.jar and assign an ip to it with playit.gg neither I nor my friends can join using the sharable ip. It gives out an error: Failed to connect server Connection timed out: getsockopt. when I look at the game log it gives this output:

Couldn’t connect to server
io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: getsockopt: 19.ip.gl.joinmc.link./147.185.221.19:7234

Same issue! I have even tried on another device in the same LAN as the MC server that I know can access it and entered the end address as the address I know can access it. Still nothing…
