I believe there may be an issue with my account.
I recently purchased a Premium plan and bought 2 additional domains i believe. However, I’m currently only able to create 3 domains total. Based on what I’ve read, with a Premium subscription and 2 purchased domains, I should be allowed to create up to 4 or 5 domains.
Additionally, I’m unable to buy any more domains—each time I try, I receive an error.
Another issue I’m experiencing is with my Minecraft server: when connecting via the tunnel, chunks load very slowly (roughly 4 chunks per second), whereas using a direct IP connection for trusted friends loads them quickly and normally. I’ve seen Reddit posts suggesting that Premium users should receive better bandwidth, so I’m wondering if Premium might not have been correctly applied to my account.
