High ping on server but my internet is good

I have a problem where, even though I have a good internet connection, when using playit.gg, I experience a ping of around 200, whereas my normal ping is at max 14.
I´m connect it to frankfurt-1 data center.

please connect to your server using ip’s localhost or 0 if you are hosting the server on your computer (ONLY YOUR COMPUTER CAN DO THIS)
