For some reason when I update server setting for the discussion forum (this website) it causes some actions to fail. You can’t even log out

To fix this, you need to clear the cookies from your browser for this domain (discuss.playit.gg). On most web browsers this can be done by pressing the 
icon next to the URL and then pressing “Clear cookies …”. This is what it looks like in Firefox
After you do that and log back in, you should be all set.
