Can't get link working: FoundryVTT

I have premium and a TCP tunnel set up with port number 30000 for FoundryVTT (confirmed port number from Foundry. Both Foundry and Playit agent (windows) are open on the device.

However tunnel link gives:

This page isn’t working

tunnel-name-here.playit.plus didn’t send any data.

Does anyone have an idea about what I’m doing wrong? Agent says “pipe ended due to EOF”?

I’m having the same problem. I’m using T-Mobile for my internet, and I’m told that this is why I need the tunnel, but no dice.

Have you tried using the ip:port?
