Authenticating connection loop

i opened my playit.exe and says status authenticating connection… i let it sit 10 min and still cant connect

I’m having the same issue and it’s really making me mad

Is this still happening? This is likely to do with the downtime mentioned in the Discord and should have been resolved the same day.
