Adress family not supported by server

Hello,

I am trying to create a server using both playit.gg and AMP (application managment pannel) I have the playit.gg account set up on the right device, and I even tried changing the IP to the devices IP instead of the local one but it dosent make a difference. I made sure the ports match, and I searched online for any soulution but I couldn’t get one. I keep getting “Adress family not supported by server” when I try to join, and there isn’t even a delay. I have been trying to set this up for close to four hours now and it has been a neverending parade of garbage. I really need some advice.

Try changing your dns and flushing dns cache, ensure ports are set correctly. If that’s bedrock make sure you’re entering the address and the port on their respective fields. If it’s an ipv6 issue you can try turning off ipv6 on the agent/your network adapter.
