Request to cancel $6 charge for tag - did not understand what I was paying for

I was recently charged $6 for a “tag” feature on playit.gg, but I did not understand what this tag feature was or what I was paying for. I did not intentionally subscribe to this and I would like to request a cancellation and refund of this $6 charge.

Could you please help me cancel this charge and process a refund? I would really appreciate your assistance.
