The server is hosted on my own PC and running perfectly smoothly as far as I can tell. My ping to a server hosted by another person is around ~250ms so I don’t believe it’s all the fault of my internet.

64ms to singapore is 128ms to my friends in mumbai.
(Not accounting for other things that can increase the latency)

Los Angeles-1 has very high ping and disconnects during West US’s active hours (weekends, and late afternoon). The ping drops drastically the later it gets and is best at about 1 AM - 6 AM.
This indicates to me the data center may be overloaded during the day.
